Is Mr. Buffet Ducking ?

Some people are questioning Mr. Buffet's ethics. But, lets not get carried away, as is usually the case with high profile stories. When it comes to ethics, there are no black or white people, only shades of grey - because most complex decisions are a mixed bag of several choices that collectively can always be questioned - like the complex bills in the senate. At worst this is a failure of judgement and not a question on Mr. Buffet's conduct. Tehnically there may (or may not) be a violation of the law by Sokol but we all know the moral right from wrong. Looking at Sokol's history, Buffett did make a bad decision on Sokol. However, Mr. Buffet is not ducking anything.
