Bootycall or eHarmony

People go to eharmony when they are looking for soul mates for marriage.  Eharmony is very clear about that.  People do not go to ihookup.com or onlinebootycall.com for that purpose.   Can you find a soul mate at ihookup.com or onlinebootycall ?  Yes you can !!  And so can you at the popular bars downtown or  for the adventurous perhaps, on a trip to Thailand or Amsterdam.  But I can be reasonably certain that you are not planning a trip to Thailand to find your soulmate any time soon… assuming you are reasonable and mainstream.

Then, why would you spend money and time on email marketing for lead gen - as a B2B provider I mean?  I can promise you there are more effective ways.  There is too much junk with email - just as there is at onlinebootycall!!  My expectation is that no serious seller is really looking for me via email blasts or for a soul mate on onlinebootycall.  I am reasonably sure that they value my time and me, and I expect them to show me some respect as a B2B buyer by not expecting me to hang out in the spam world.  When something is valuable and worth it, it is sent in an armoured car or at least by FedEx and not by the US Postal Service.  When you want to send a letter to the CEO of a multi-billion dollar company to set up an appointment, you will not send it with bulk mail.  You will probably send a meaningful book with a letter that the admin will not throw in the trash can - and will send it through FedEx.

Show your intent and who you are. Dress up nicely for the date .  Your presentation matters - as does your approach.
